I'm starting school in 2 weeks and want to glow up so im starting this workout and doing an 8 minute one as well as a 6 minute intense one! So far im doing great! 💪 If I can do it you can too! 🙂 Started: July 23rd 2021 Day1: ✅ Was easy and super fun! I did it twice! Day2: ✅ Once again easy, I felt the burn a bit but still completed! i’m gonna be doing this workout and two others in till i go back to school i want to get myself a flat stomach so bad and i’m gonna keep my diet and i’m gonna have atleast one or two rest days i’m trying to not give up

While i’m doing this, im palpitating lol DAY 3: no changes, JUST PAIN AHCJWevfhjlhjwec DAY 4; No changes, less pain. IM GETTING IT LETS GO DAY 5: MY TUMMY WERE IN PAIN THE WHOLE DAY LOL BUT IM SEEING A VISIBLE ABS????? IDK IDK I HAVE PERIOD AND IM STILL DOING IT RJKHEWPH DAY 6: IM GETTING IT NOW NOT LIKE THOSE OTHER DAYS THAT ITS HARD FOR ME. I CANT SEE ANYTHING CHANGES?? BUT ILL JUST WAIT I TRUST LILY
✨beginning notes✨ I have been struggling for years to get abs and lose belly fat, but today I’m gonna try this💦 I’m gonna be updating here so keep a eye out if you want to see if this will give me results 💅🏻 (no diet included) (my level is intermediate) (I am including other workout videos)
– day 1. (DONE!) it burned a little but not that much 🧸 I’m sweating so that is a good sign and I think this is gonna work by looking at the exercises 🫐
– day 2. (DONE) definitely easier! But I was still sweating ✨🍒

I've been following lily for almost a year now and I love her 5-7 mins workout because they are so motivating to just begin with. However, because of covid I haven't worked out for 2 months and I have lost my core strength. That being said, I'm getting back on track with these small workouts and I must tell you that if I would have done this before covid, it would have felt like breeze however the exercises especially at 4:10 which requires so much core strength to keep you in place that I couldn't do it as easily. The point of this comment is that while exercising always remember QUALITY>QUANTITY. Lily's core strength is beyond amazing, but for a beginner or for someone getting back into training, your core strength may not be that great. Hence always get the form right, do 4 reps instead of 10 that is shown, but do them slowly, engaging the core and building the strength. Because remember your final goal is not finishing this 7 mins workout, it is achieving the body of your dreams and that is a long way to go, so slow steady and you'll reach there feeling super accomplished! I'm proud of myself to get back after all the lost gains, and I'm proud of you to start your journey too, more power to us guysss, let's get it!!!🤍
Okay so I think If I continue to do this my stomach is going to Bulk up and I don’t want that to happen so I think I’m going to do a different one like her flat stomach small waist workouts instead sorry for disappointing everyone but I like the lean long look not the big bulky look for myself not shaming anyone who was bulky abs you are beautiful!
I’m also doing her 7 day hot girl summer shred as well as this I also want to mention that my stomach is already pretty flat and has some definition
