  1. I have no use of my left arm or hand at all and very little use of my left leg. I can ride a stationary bike and use machines where my right side propelled my left side. I started Eliz’s beginner’s workouts on Amazon Prime three weeks ago. What little I could/can do of these, I stuck with. I can now hold a plank and I can almost do a sit-up with only using my stomach muscles. My shoulders are stronger and so is my back. My hip and lower back pain is no longer constant. My posture is a bit better too. And I’m not even doing all the exercises on the videos. I came here to thank Eliz and any other fitness instructor who makes videos. Beginner videos are very helpful for many people and for people like me who have to modify almost every floor exercise. I can barely walk but at 54, my heart rate, blood pressure, sugar, and weight, are all in healthy range from exercises like these. Years ago when I had full use of my body, I did Callan Pinckney’s video of Callanetics. Very small, controlled movements that strengthen and lengthen muscles. I stuck with that too and it took a long time (3-4 months) but it worked great with zero back pain or sweat. I still have the VHS tape that I can no longer use because it’s just a great video I can’t part with it. So thank you Eliz and any other fitness instructors out there who make beginner videos. There are people out there like me who need these and benefit from them.
