  1. Very good talk very informative thank you.
This is sad for women who have had complete hysterectomy, some of the. Hormonal therapies out there ha be side effects, so what can be done for these women?

Again Thank you for making everyone aware

  2. Incredible information ๐Ÿ™‚ lovely ladies I personally appreciate you very much sharing your personal experiences and knowledge. Guess what?? I feel super powerful and excited adding whatever I donโ€™t know to my personal life and most importantly putting it into action. Be made the choices and we are the ones that control our brain and mindset. Thank you for everything you do๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธโค๏ธ

  3. Amazed that estrogen has so much influence although I fought a long time to continue on hormone therapy and was forced to stop at 72-3. Now understand that the challenges I'm noticing cognitively is probably the lack of estrogen at 75. I teach older adult group exercise and try to eat healthy, but what else can older adults do to prevent our mental decine? Yes, the first thing I'm going to do is buy "The XX Brain"

  4. Thank you for this wonderful podcast, Dr Lisa Mosconi answered a lot of nagging questions I have around my own menopausal experience with reference to the brain and ovaries connection, as well as bioidentical hormones. Keep up your great work and research. Well done. ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
