Love it!!! Reply Love this, feels so good after sitting all day! Reply Been looking for a non-equipment lower body workout since I've been consistently weight training with FB once I got my power block weights. The comments section convinced me to try this one out. Edit: Challenging and time went by quick. Thanks for an awesome routine 🙏🏽 Reply What do you recommend for if I feel like one side of my body is weaker than the other? Should I do more reps on the weaker side? Reply Thank you ! I enjoyed it. Reply Great for getting my lower back muscles activated. I have really been struggling with them, and this really sets them on fire (but in a good way!). Thanks. Reply I didn't feel like working out today at all, but then this exercise popped up. I'm so glad to have done this, my body feels amazing now. Reply Once again such a great routine and such a good one to do when not in the mood for sweating! I added resistance bands and ankle weights to rounds 2 and 3 and, oh boy, could my legs feel that! And I don't even put any music on in the background, I just genuinely like all the positivity and advice from Kelli! Reply I have muscular thighs and (it seems) that I have very little thigh fat (it may be in the back) but I do have very muscular thighs.I've been thinking of DOING pilates and stuff, but I've been trying to think of ways to kind of "slim down" my legs. I'm wondering if there's any exercises to kind of "evenly distribute" this muscle and stuff in my legs? instead of bulking up more? (Kind of like when you spread dough out with a rolling pin?)Will pilates kind of do this? Reply This was a tough but relaxing workout. My lower body felt ready for exercise while my upper body needed a rest after yesterday's gym session. Thanks. Reply This was great, and it was more difficult to perform the exercises slowly. I am not so sure I'm doing the "clam" correctly. Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you. Reply The link isnt working 💔 Reply You are so down to Earth, Kelly! I've enjoyed so much this workout, especially for all your wise words. Thank you! 🙂 Reply Hi Kelly. Does this lengthen the muscles? My fitness goal is long lean muscles. I've bulked up a little too much for my frame. lol Reply I really enjoyed it.. thanks a lot 💕😊 Reply IT BURNS Reply I'm so glad I've chosen this routine, thanks a lot for this! I decided to do some exercises, but didn't want any active before sleeping time, so this was perfect, relaxing though challenging 💕 Reply Does anyone else hate doing these kind of workouts? I am feeling uncomfortable 😭 Reply Her abs are what I aspire to 😍 Reply Love u Kelly! Thank u so much for these wonderful exercises. Not boring at all, your words are really really inspiring. ♥️ Reply Does it really burn this much calories? Reply How much calories we burn in total? Reply This is what I seek. Reply Thank you so much!it was a great workout for post injury and rehabilitation! Reply Gona do it today, I really think there should be more quality awareness about maintaining balance in workouts. Reply This was exactly what I needed. Glute activation, followed by an intuitive stretch. Our bodies know best! Thank you! Reply I love hearing Kelly's positive talk while I'm working out Reply I love u, u're so beautiful gurl ❤🌼 Reply Wonderful exercises without much stress Reply Well, this got my glutes on fire!! 🔥🍑🔥🤣🤣🤣.Thanks Kelli.
