  1. Been looking for a non-equipment lower body workout since I've been consistently weight training with FB once I got my power block weights. The comments section convinced me to try this one out. Edit: Challenging and time went by quick. Thanks for an awesome routine 🙏🏽

  2. Once again such a great routine and such a good one to do when not in the mood for sweating! I added resistance bands and ankle weights to rounds 2 and 3 and, oh boy, could my legs feel that! And I don't even put any music on in the background, I just genuinely like all the positivity and advice from Kelli!

  3. I have muscular thighs and (it seems) that I have very little thigh fat (it may be in the back) but I do have very muscular thighs.
I've been thinking of DOING pilates and stuff, but I've been trying to think of ways to kind of "slim down" my legs. I'm wondering if there's any exercises to kind of "evenly distribute" this muscle and stuff in my legs? instead of bulking up more? (Kind of like when you spread dough out with a rolling pin?)
Will pilates kind of do this?

  4. This was great, and it was more difficult to perform the exercises slowly. I am not so sure I'm doing the "clam" correctly. Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you.

  5. I'm so glad I've chosen this routine, thanks a lot for this! I decided to do some exercises, but didn't want any active before sleeping time, so this was perfect, relaxing though challenging 💕
