  1. I hope this helps everyone until you can get back in to see your physical therapist! Let me know if you liked this video with a "THUMBS UP" and comment below if it helped you. Thanks so much for watching!

  2. This was soooo much more effective than the p-t sessions that Iโ€™ve been paying for at $140 per 45 minute session. It was much more intense, and the use of heat before starting may have prevented the post-workout spasms that I always get. Thank you!

  3. Is good to share my experience about a holistic doctor Dr Oyalo I met on YouTube channel who use his roojt and herbs to cure my Arthritis lower pain and after taking his herbs for 4weeks as instructed by him I was cured completely. Thank you Dr Oyalo for saving my life. Iโ€™m grateful ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ reach out to him on YouTube channel for your help and cure

  4. 2:57 and 3:22

I wish my physical therapists would have done this instead of telling me just do exercises at home. I was just shown how to do exercises there and then had to do them at home. I know doing the exercises can help etc but a massage or something and then doing the exercises would have been amazing.

  5. Bro honestly when your in as much as i am the funny sitting down being a vagabond part really dont help i came to watch u show how i can resolve this pain come on cuzzy nemine that stuff

  6. Actually my aunt is suffering from bone pain from many years!!!!
And she has consulted many doctors but no one left her with a permanent solution.
If you could suggest anything it will really be a favor!!!!!

  7. No tens unit no person for a massage, and some of these are too extreme for the pain I am in. It needs to be realistic within the boundaries of the average home. I'm just frustrated.

  8. Love watching your videos. What are the best exercises to develop the muscles around the knee that will not cause knee pain? Hi from Australia.

  9. In 2003 I was diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis, degenerative disk disease, and spinal stenosis. I take 2 Gabapentin 300 mg once a day, with the option for twice a day. I know I haven't taken my meds when my moving is hindered as the pain isn't sharp, it is crippling. I do try to exercise but every time I begin it only lasts a week maybe two. Then listening to my body, I take a break. This has not worked well for me as you can imagine. I am 68 years old and overweight. I would like to work on my abs/core and my arms. When I try to work with my legs ; squats, lunges, any kind of balance , it is to no avail. I would love your advise/suggestions. I have resistance bands with handles and a mat. Thank you for your sharing your wisdom with all that need it. You are blessed. Oh almost forgot: Heat makes for real pain, I only use ice packs.

  10. This video is very helpful, thank you so much for sharing your expertise. I can feel your concern to those patients suffering from lumbar strain like me. I hope that many patients will be helped as well. Salute to all PTs!

  11. Excellent as always. Wondering if you could help advise some of your exercises please.
For a while now Iโ€™ve suffered from back and hip pain, and my physio said I have to stop running until I strengthen my glutes, which I have been doing many of your exercises for but Iโ€™m wondering if it possible that I have strengthen them more than the others surrounding muscles? As I have developed tingling sensations that go down to my knee, possibly from my psoas muscle, and things arenโ€™t feeling right. Thank you

  12. Iโ€™m your new subscriber.. thank you so much as Iโ€™m suffering from severe low back pain from 2 days due to muscle strain…Iโ€™ll try these ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ
