  1. MSG is not bad. It's just a massive hysteria around it that holds no truth. MSG is perfectly natural and is just a combination of glutamine (a harmless amino acid) and sodium (salt). To get really tender beef, just add like a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. Otherwise, love your channel and recipes. PS! The premium is the best. It has more oyster in it and is more concentrated.

  2. I made this for our evening's dinner tonight Ling. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it (with rice!). Flank/Skirt steak is not a popular cut of meat in Australia so I improvised with Premium Rump Steak which was an excellent choice. I've ordered Flank from my butcher and it will be received within the week.
    So far, everything I've cooked from your recipes have been a hit at home. Thank you so much🐨
