  1. I weight 180lbs and imma broke college student how the hell am I supposed to get 180g of protein a day, when I eat as much protein as I can I end up near 100g but can never get to 180

  2. Hi Brett, is cardio overrated? Not sure if you mentioned this. But for an overweight female how much cardio should I do? I’m 206lbs 5-9” Just had a baby too.
