  1. I absolutely love your videos sooo much! I find them to be extremely helpful. My favorite part would have to be the timer on each workout. I also find it very helpful for you to have small breaks between each workout that way it gives me time to catch my breath. Thank you so much.

  2. I just finished the workout and I'm on fire! I make it till the end but I just skipped only 3 exercises that I couldn't do and I hope that's ok. I will do it again for sure and can't wait for the next time!
