  2. I can't do that jumping back and forth lunge. I had bladder surgery for a third time since having a hysterectomy. I have nerve pain in my bladder, and it fills like my bladder is falling. What can you do in place of it? Women have leakage problems from their bladders sometimes after having a baby or a hysterectomy.
