  4. Hello ! Thank you for the workout. Is it OK to do it 3 times a week for a few months, or does the fact that there is no pull ups / chin ups would risk to generate problems of balance between my muscle groups ?

    There are two exercices thare work directly on the back tho, so maybe it's enough ?
