  1. Oh my god, I’m a powerlifter and I injured my shoulder on a press, I was injured for 5 months and could not do anything!

Thank you so much! It’s only the 2nd day and the pain is almost gone!

  2. Based on model that you vere showing isn't hanging going to make it worse because now we are pushing socket into bone. Can you elaborate on this. Thank you.

  3. I’ve been dealing with this for a decade. I tried PT, a shoulder harness, and lots of other stuff without great results. 2 days of this and I feel 35% better

  4. I am in so much agony lately on my left shoulder. Waiting for the physio to call for an assessment on the 2nd f June. I need to sleep badly. Last call with my GP went like this. My body is needing to upp my dose of the morphine patches or Codeine or back on Oramorph (liquid morphine) Or, I was using up my left over 2 leafs (16 tablets) of Gabapentin left, and it did help. So Doc asked, what do you want? Or from 15mg patches to 20? or Gabapentin or Oramorph, I said, hmmmmmmm Physio therapy????? She knows how hard I worked to wean myself off all these since my major surgery in 2018. She said I am so proud of you, You are one of my best patients, who manages your own pain. I even ordered at my besties advice CBD plus, 10 mg. It sort of has the same affect as Oramorph but without the huge. Doc said I wouldn't take it, theres no proof it actually has affected. I have weaned myself of gabapentin, Naproxen, Codeine and from 25 mg of patches come down to 15, but body has not been accepting it. Its been a year since I dropped from 20 to 15, body wants higher dose. I am not giving in. I think I will try these exercises first. From my past experience it has pulled me out of permanent pain. I am sure it will do so now as well.

  5. Jasper, Im an archer and been suffering with impingement for well over a year. Its an occupational hazard for archers sadly.
Ive managed to dodge an operation by physio on a regular basis but Im still not able to shoot at the volume, or the weight of bow, that I used to.
I started the hanging exercise yesterday, I can't move on yet as I have pain if I lift my left arm up to the side more than about 80°
Can I hang more than once a day or is that not recommended?

  6. Sir. I am suffering from frozen shoulder for the past 2 months..hv used different physio therapies but they give relief for a week or so..pls suggest a good exercise that i can do at home..Many thanks.

  7. Am I supposed to do the weight exercise after each time of hanging?
