A Mono Meal is eating ONE food for an entire meal. I ate nothing but potatoes to lose weight, and to save money in the month of February. When I switched to a fully plant based diet many of my meals were (and are) starch heavy, since I follow Dr. McDougall’s Starch Solution. Buying a simple, white, restaurant quality bowl has helped me stick with this way of eating, and to mono meal successfully. I highly recommend it. Anything will look YUMMY in it. All you need is one GREAT bowl.
