  4. Itโ€™s weird, when I run with these high speed shoes my feet hurt really bad at the arch. But when I run with a minimalist shoe my feet donโ€™t hurt at all.

  6. I live the idea, but Iโ€™m disabled vet, I can still use my body and lift somewhat but running is a no no
    Can this be altered to a biking program?
