My chiropractor told me to stretch my glutes and I've had a lot of trouble finding one that hits the right spot…until now! Thank you so much for this video!
Recently I notice that when I bend down to tie my shoe, my glutes feel tight. So stretches it is. I wasn't sure how to target them properly, so thanks for this.
Not to exaggerate or overreact, but this stretch has apparently changed my life ! This stretch truly is gold. Exactly what I needed. My lower back/hips/glutes haven't felt this good for a very long time ! Thanks so much Tom, much gratitude.
Is it that important to Breaattthh????!!! I mean I will breath even if you don't tell me. But does breathing deeply give you an extra stretch or something like that, I don't really get it ?!
I get an intense pain on the outside of my knee (ligament) when I go to stretch my glutes at the momemt of internally rotating my lower leg.. It's become impossoble for me to stretch or even sitt crosslegged. I don't know what to do, I can't find any help in the matter 🙁
Just found the channel – great content. I’m a long distance runner and always get tight hips – I have to mobilise for 30mins each morning to keep things working nicely. Do you have any good videos that are running related? Ideally lower back/lumbar or hips for me 😊

This is an essential stretch for runners, it really helped cured my IT band syndrome/plantar fasciitis, thanks Tom

I did a super vigorous glute workout the day before I did these stretches and let me tell you..they really hit the spot
Tom – how come when I do the first move it hurts my inner groin / hip flexor area more than my glutes ?
