    I mean I will breath even if you don't tell me.
    But does breathing deeply give you an extra stretch or something like that, I don't really get it ?!

  5. I get an intense pain on the outside of my knee (ligament) when I go to stretch my glutes at the momemt of internally rotating my lower leg.. It's become impossoble for me to stretch or even sitt crosslegged. I don't know what to do, I can't find any help in the matter 🙁

    I’m a long distance runner and always get tight hips – I have to mobilise for 30mins each morning to keep things working nicely. Do you have any good videos that are running related? Ideally lower back/lumbar or hips for me 😊
