  1. Similar story, jacked my back up deadlifting heavy, got depressed quit going to the gym, got fat..now 4 years later I’ve started back on my weight loss getting back healthy journey again, was up to 244 lbs down to 228.

  2. Yea, exercise and proper diet do not go 50/50. Its more like 98/2. All the studies clearly prove there is no coorelation between exercise and weight loss. Weight loss is purely a function of diet and nothing else. You may want to exercise in order to tone your body and improve your physique but you need to understand that doing so has no, ZERO effect on weight loss.

  3. Congrats. 2020 was the shitiest year ever because people let it be the shitiest year ever. My life and my family's lives never changed for the worse in 2020 or 2021 so far.

  4. I just wanted to say thank you for posting your story. Earlier in April this year, my girlfriend and a close friend of mine passed away. There were many days immediately after my girlfriends passing where I wanted to give up on everything and take my life. I wanted to stay as strong as I could for my girlfriend, so I picked up lifting again as a way to make days go faster and vent my frustration. Fast forward to about 2 months later, and I'm no longer lifting to avoid the thought of my dead loved ones. Instead, I am starting to embrace the idea of lifting FOR them. I want to be as successful as possible in every aspect of my life, including fitness, for them. Hearing your stories of hardship during your lifting journey has motivated me even further, reminding me that it is possible to persevere through anything. Once again, thank you.

  5. you are amazing thank you so much am working out but my diet is not so good but watching your video it make me get serious. you are awesome

  6. Love your vid! My turning point was May 6. I have been losing 7kg since then. So many things are true. I feel so much better, have a ton more energy and enjoy workouts which i never did before. I completely cut down on sugar, except for fruits (preferably with low glycemic index). The one thing i kinda missed in your video is the topic of building new and healthy habits. I think its the single most crucial point when losing weight. The first 3 weeks are running on willpower alone. As you have mentioned, you really need to make up your mind and go for it with everything you have. After 3 weeks things get so much more easier with your new habits.

  7. i am starting exercise and diet, looking for a partner who is going through shit like me. a partner with whom i can share diet and results and keep each other motivated.

  8. until the age of 11 i was skinny then i quit playing football “soccer” then i ended up starting to eat more then one day i woke up and realised i was fat

  9. Great job. Don't make women to focus of your life. Women will always do what is best for them. When you are not kissing their ass they look for a simp to kiss their ass.

  10. Hey I am really inspired, I have the same story as yours, same weight, height etc. Really motivated. You sound to be a really honest person. Thank you very much.!

  11. okay, so I am an MD, I can tell you it is medical FACT that 100+ pounds in a year is 100% not physically possible even with steroids. you are absolutely just full of shit period.

  12. THIS IS THE MOST HONEST AND TRUE ADVICE ON LOSING WEIGHT!

IT'S NOT ONE OF THOSE STUPID FAKE COMMERCIAL WEIGHT LOSE PROGRAM THAT WANNA SELL YOU IDEAS!
AND HE IS HONEST, LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT EASY! IT'S SO HARD AND IT'S NOT PLEASANT, BUT RESULT IS SO JOYFUL AND AMAZING!

  13. Wow, incredible! Great video I can tell you put a lot of hard work and time into it. I am just starting my weight loss journey on my YouTube channel and seeing your success and hearing how you did it has really inspired and encouraged me. Thank you for putting this out there!

  14. Great job! I did the same a couple years ago in my mid 40's after a divorce. Got tired of what I saw in the mirror and did a complete lifestyle change. Cut out the cokes and fried foods. Like you when I'm in, I'm ALL in. I dropped 35 lbs in 6 months, from 235 to 200. Then had some outside issues and dropped everything and gained 20 of it back over a couple years. Now I'm getting refocused and am jumping back into it. Targeting 180 lbs. Stay committed and keep up the good work.
