    I did swap out the hip thrusts for sumo deadlifts, as I donโ€™t like setting up the entire thing, anyone feel me ๐Ÿ™ƒ

  5. I just purchased your guide and Iโ€™m new to the gym. Is the guide a leg/ glute day. Or only glutes. If I were two train lower body 3 times a week would the workouts in your guide target both?

  7. I'm almost 5 months into my strength training journey and I love the flow of this work out, it just makes sense to me ๐Ÿ™‚ I haven't made an exact glute routine yet but I think I'll make this my go-to now!

  8. iโ€™m saying this as someone who used to do glute bridges wrong: you do not (!!!) want there to be an arch in your back when you are doing these, bc this will lead to back pain and injury. make sure you squeeze your core and keep it engaged throughout to prevent this from happening! your ROM wonโ€™t be as high as seen in this vid but i promise you donโ€™t need to stick your butt up as high in the air as possible for you to feel this movement! regardless, this was a great video and iโ€™m definitely going to be implementing some of these exercises in my routine:)

  9. Forgot to mention but I definitely recommend doing the deficit reverse lunges on the smith machine or barbell. You will feel it more in your glutes due to the weight distribution and you can naturally lift more weight using a barbell or smith machine. I didnโ€™t do it in the video because my gym literally has two smith machines and they were all taken at the time ๐Ÿ˜…
