  1. Thank you Lucy for making this E book available. Congratulations on the transformation! I've been told by multiple pros to weigh myself weekly. Weighing daily is my current motivation. Thank you again for sharing your journeys with the masses. Great Job!!

  2. I like how you make everything realistic and… Doable? Like all fit people tell you about how much you have to cut all things like chocolate, or that you MUST lift weights if you want to change, etc. I feel so bad with the fact that I gained in only two years around 8 kilos I cannot lose and it's devastating. But you make me feel like it's not a failure on my part, life happens. I feel a bit more motivated after watching this, and I will continue my journey consistently but without torturing myself. Thank you šŸ˜šŸ™

  3. Only just come across you Lucy. šŸ‘‹

I watched this video and I feel you can help me in my weight loss battle.

I lost 10kg last year quite easily then it just stopped šŸ˜”
Three months ago I started again.
    I have lost 20kg in that time, I've gone from a size 18/20 to a 14. šŸ™‚

I struggle where it comes to exercise though.
I go to aqua aerobics 2-3 times a week, one gym session and a pilates class.
I have many chronic illnesses that I feel are holding me back.
Hypothyroidism, lipedema and lymphoedema in my arms and legs, asthma, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in my hips and spinal stenosis (pain from my L3,4&5 with a cracked coccyx)

I hope by subscribing to your channel and watching your videos it helps me further! šŸ¤žšŸ’Æ

  4. I clicked on the video because I was genuinely interested in the topic. But after you started talking, I didnā€™t care WHAT came out of your mouth. I just wanted to hear your accent for the next 20 minutes. šŸ˜…

  5. I started cutting out my snacking and lost soo much weight i also go gym normaly 2-4 times a week for last 6 months but last month or so iv been bad and not going all the time cause I feel tired and its hot outside :C

  6. I've been trying this route for the past few weeks, eating healthier, moving more… My only challenge is that I don't really believe I'll lose the weight so it's hard to keep going.

  7. Oh my word, this is so what I needed to hear! Iā€™ve struggled with my weight for years and itā€™s so easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of marketing and social media rubbish telling you you must do this or that.
This often made me give up before Iā€™d even started. To hear someone giving no nonsense sensible and sustainable advice is so refreshing.
    Thank you!

  8. Dear humans, i have to add something, if you are a Person with a Natural menstrual cycle, take that into consideration. weight fluctuates a lot during the cycle. I will weight myself only once a month right after my period. Otherwise you cant track the progress correctlyā¤ļøšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘take care

  9. I love your journey, itā€™s pretty similar to me, Iā€™ve lost about 10 pounds so far in the last month ish. Iā€™m definitely in the flatline phase rn, but I remind myself not to let it go šŸ™‚

  10. "When you're starting out, there is no right work out for fat loss" love it! No need to procrastinate by looking for the best exercise then I suppose, just get on with it. The best common sense I've heard about starting to work out. x

  11. If you are a woman in or post menopause it is quite different. Higher cortisol levels cause lots of weight for us. You have to lower the coritisol levels with no extreme workouts (which raises cortisol). Walking and strength training is a menopausal woman's best friend. Of course proper diet too (mediterranean diet). I hope this helps some oldere women out there who can't figure out why their exercise is not getting rid of the weight or is adding weight on them.

  12. The video is just what I needed. I got weight slowly in corona time and then it has become faster after I lost my father. (It has been 1,5 years). I am super fat and I feel ashamed to go gym because of my fatty-girl looking. I am all the time post ponding my events: going for a hike or skiing etc. I feel I am not able to do those. I always wait the day that I am gonna be fit and comfortable. But int he meantime, I do not do diet either.. I just started doin exercise again. This video made me motivated a lot.

  13. If you have your period, you can lose weight easily but if youā€™re going through menopause and youā€™re dieting and exercising and it feels like youā€™re not losing weight itā€™s because you do not have a period anymore
