  1. Jess, I LOVE the way you set this video up. I love seeing the the example of the next exercise on each rest break. And I like the voice over to explain each move. I have actually been losing weight. (Finally!) Now I'm ready to step it up. Burpees, here I come!

  2. Hi. Can you please include a demonstration of the modified exercises mentioned….just one or two times. Especially that side plank….whoa I couldn’t even hold the position to do one…lol
