Most of those involve neck. Can't do with popped disks, firbromyglia, 54 and osteoporosis. Need to do different things.

Jess, I LOVE the way you set this video up. I love seeing the the example of the next exercise on each rest break. And I like the voice over to explain each move. I have actually been losing weight. (Finally!) Now I'm ready to step it up. Burpees, here I come!
