  1. I’ve seen a lot of hateful comments about how these exercises are stupid. Sure he may not be doing heavy ass benching or deadlifts but that doesn’t mean that this is useless. Actors, in fact everyone should not only want to look good but also feel good. These mobility exercises are a big help

  2. Of course this is doable! If you're rich and not have to worry about going to work like a regular person, you have ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to work out as much as you want to achieve a body like that. This is a no brainer!

  4. Wallbergs been had that good physique since the funky bunch days and I think that was around 1991. It made all of us start working out too since the ladies liked him. Thanks Mark! For the inspiration brother . I enjoy all this dudes movies as well. Lately I can tell a good movie by the actors in it . I ll just go by that from now on. If I like the male or female actor then the movie will be good .85% n e ways . Honestly though I m pretty sure macavoy did the juice for the horde roll. Looks like it n e ways . Takes one to know one , no shame , no abuse , get healthy in the best way you can and keep it . Well, you won't keep much if u use the juice but damn sure did feel great for a few months there ….
