  5. Hey mate, really love your work I've been doing your half an hour 45minute videos all of last week and just done this hour one this morning and I felt amazing and alive. Im currently 103kg aiming to get down to about 80 or 90kg give or take with muscle mass so this is helping alot. I love your workouts and the inspiring words, keeps me up and motivated especially when you say "its all in the mind" thats powerful and very true once you push past a certain level of pain. I may be heavy now but I'm working to change it and I've never felt more alive.

  7. Thank you so much for this. I have arthritis in both hips, and this workout was perfect – got my heart rate up, moved my hips a bit, but didn't leave me unable to move for the rest of the day.

  8. This is so good! I love that I can get a sweat up without feeling punished by the end of the workout. It makes me want to keep coming back for other workouts. The energy of the team is contagious too. Love it.

  9. I LOOOOVE this workout! I've been doing it daily for almost 2 weeks and I'm still feeling the burn! I've added weights throughout the full workout and it's definitely a killer… you can feel the "change juice" flowing through you!

  10. Love your workouts! Started by chance finding you on YouTube. Love that you make mistakes, love the counter bar on the bottom of the screen, love the music, and love the encouragement you give for just showing up and moving. Progress not perfection.

  11. As someone who has rickety wood flooring and roommates, this was useful. Doing anything that involves jumping makes too much noise.

  13. This video is the first one I was able to complete without feeling overwhelmed and quitting. Baby steps! I love the energy all three of you give. The smiles on the ladies faces really helped me get thru and continue on.
    It doesn't look too difficult but I definitely felt it the next couple days. And now Im back to make this my regular workout until Im able to move up. Thank you for such a positive and fun workout.
