  1. I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from Agoge Diet. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that

I know it probably wasn’t the most challenging workout, but small wins is what keeps progress going. I usually get so discouraged with video workouts because even the modifier is a joke for me. lol THANK YOU!!! See you again tomorrow morning. 😁👍🏻

  6. I LOST 40kg!!! Now I'm feeling healthy. I only followed tips from website called Agoge Diet. They provided me with 30 meal plan, training plan, fitness tips and healthy recipes. Visit their site and make your own body transfromation!!!

Planning to do this tomorrow bcs i let go of my self control too much i used to be 45kg last year now im 55-56 also im not very tall im 5flat so its not a flattering look for myself and i dont feel good when i move alot. Plus my clothes doesnt fit anymore and people are teasing me with my weight even though im not very heavy felt so insecure. Ive been trying to lost weight but i dont feel to motivated to do it but i hope this time i'll keep it. Wish me luck!

  10. I’ve never been that motivated and felt that good during a workout. A straight thank you to the trainer. Positive thinking goes a long way! I’ll be back tomorrow 🏃🏼‍♀️

  12. I'm about 14 minutes into this but yeah! This is good for me! And I love the lady on the left side of the screen because she's my body type! And watching her have fun helps ME to have fun!

  14. I have been struggling with the motivation for exercising in years. Often I will plan for exercise but my brain sabotages me with excuses when it was time to do so. I chance upon this channel and this coach and programme has me motivated to move my body! I am often excited to join in sessions and have not missed a session that I plan. Love the low impact workout – i have recommended to family and friends.

  16. This was the very 1st video I came across and it is still my favorite. I think the line, “you give what you choose to” is what tugs at my heart strings and makes me want to give 100%.
