Dear anybody reading this: just remember that calories are good for you and if you are on a calorie deficit then make sure you are only going a little bit less and you should be having AT LEAST 1,600 calories a day, preferably quite a bit more. Guys (this worked for me) take a mug put milk in after you done that put the milk in the blender from you mug and blend it with 1 banana it literally got me full till dinner because (idk why) i got to drink 3 full mugs of it while i only putted 1 mug of milk. If you tried this tell me and tell me if it worked for you.
