Ok so I’m gonna try it as I’m not the best at carrying on as I give up with the pain so this might motivate me😂 this is my second day but I’m gonna say it’s day one. I’m gonna try drink loads of water and have lemon juice in the morning, not snack and only eat when it’s needed. Gonna do it until, sep 6 (that’s if I remember.) doing this along with Bailey browns slim waist + abs toning workout.
DAY ONE( 25th august): ✅burned alot, gonna do it twice, onto baileys after and will probs do that twice too. Drank 3 cups of water. Coming back tomorrow😁

logging this for personal reasons but feel free to read. (trying to glow up a bit before school) day 1: it burns and took me around double the time it should. my core has no endurance and I had to do the lying down ones on my bed due to how bad my neck hurted. I only did one set but I decided I want to do 3 day until school starts. I’m hoping for good results and being able to stay consistent in working out.

so i’m gonna try to keep updating day 1 (yesterday) i did it, it was kinda hard, but i also had soccer after so i didn’t do it multiple times day 2 i just did it once and it felt a little easier even tho i’m sore from yesterday’s and soccer, gonna try to do it again rn. ok so i did it!! it went well i did a lot better than i thought i would! i’ll update tmrw 😊

Day 1: felt the burn ALOT and I saw a difference because the last few days i have been doing other exercises and this one showed a tiny bit more of a difference 🙂👍
i was doing ab 5 minute workout for 3 weeks I guess and it realy worked so everyone out there thinking after 2 days that it will not work is a lie because it will it's just up to you.
I remember when I first used to do this (last year) and included it in my Chloe Ting workout 🤣 I could NOT do the sit up ones, and now I can do them perfectly fine, I was even confused to which exercise I was struggling on then I realised what ones
