  2. Hmmm if I eat much boiling eggs in breakfast, lunch and dinner it gonna make gas a lot and gonna do diarrhea 😂😂
    BTW I don't think it will take 3 days to be healthy cuz u need to esercise a lot
    Me: for breakfast I eat a fruit and I drink a cup of milk or no sugar coffee, then I go to walk and run around the park every morning, then for lunch I eat rice without curries but only tomatoes and other veggies and for dinner I eat bread with any topping or I could just eat salad for my diet and I'm 14 years old weight about 203pounds(93kg)😅😅

  3. Wait the title of this video sounds like your losing weight just by eating eggs. But then eggs isn't even eaten the most in the video and are told to eat other things besides eggs. So how is this a egg diet?

  4. I am ovo-vegetarian, eat eggs because it is a natural process of the chickens and they don't need to be killed to lay the eggs. But the eggs must to be organic, from free-range chickens-happy chickens lay happy healthy eggs.
