I started having just cabbage soup for a day so I could see if I could handle eating this for a week and I have such terrible diarrhoea now for two days. My stomach is killing me. I love the soup and would love to continue but I don't think I can with how bad it's making me feel. Has anyone experienced this as well and has any solutions to this problem?
I made cabbage soup and ate it for one whole day and breakfast the next day. Then lunch I switched back to rice and I think id stick to low calorie diet but not just one dish. Sigh

Recently I've been living on this. I eat twice a day…lunch and dinner. And each time I have a big bowl of this along with some kind of protein…eggs or some fish. It's kept my stomach flat and I feel great. Salad, raw vegetables…has never been too good for my digestion. But this soup is awesome.
Yes it looks delish my ? is can 1 use any vegetables or does it have to be what the receipe says? No potatoes? I do not like bell pepper & a few others.
I have made this soup before, not as simple, I have red and yellow peppers( they make my salads look good) going in the kitchen and get started. thanks Brown girls!
Who wants to lose weight, just make a cabbage salad, cut thinly a cabbage, like "laces". Squeeze the cut cabbage until it kind of soft and gives out its juice. Put salt and pepper to your taste. Spread the cabbage with sliced fresh sweet tomatoes. Sprinkle it with a little bit of sunflower oil. Additional but optional: dill, parsley, and cilantro. Eat this salad until you feel you lost so much weight as you want. Helps to lose weight, helps to clean your guts, and gain vitamin C.
TIP: for those who have gastritis, use fresh tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes. And for spices put only a little bit of dill and crushed garlic for a soft smooth taste.

After the third day I make me some cornbread with it to keep it not boring
