  1. I'm hooked on these Zumba workouts! Have done several for quite a while now. Started out with a 20 minute one, mastered that and now I do at least 40 minutes 5 days a week. And I'm almost 66 years old! I have so much energy now! I lost 32 #'s since I retired last November and about 8 #'s from my goal weight! Thank you so much!!
