  1. Please don’t let the short duration fool you, this workout absolutely killed me more than any other workout every did. Like somebody else in the comments said, you can’t do this workout without losing your dignity and damn, I wish I read that before jumping into this workout because my soul left my body, went to heaven and back while doing those pulses for each exercise. My legs were shaking like mad, they’re even shaking now as I’m writing this and I absolutely drowned my exercise mat in sweat. Now this is what I call a short but killer workout. Definitely gonna come back to it whenever I hate myself and wanna make myself suffer. Thanks FB, I’m absolutely dead now! ☺️ #FBSweat Day 5 extra challenge complete! 25.06.2021

  2. I dont know about you, but this video was very relaxing and ii'm not one who usually loves working on my thighs and legs but this was amazing! I will for sure be coming back to this video throughout the week and share my thoughts on it and what results i get!

  3. This workout really works 🙂 I’ve been trying for so long doing every possible workout to get my legs into my ideal shape and it finally worked by doing this. I have a lot of muscle in my legs and this workout made my legs more lean and made the muscle more spread out 😀

  5. Hey. I enjoyed your content a lot. I have been trying to find for a vid like yours that really informs the ideas in this vid. 👩‍⚕️ 👩‍⚕️ The part at 1:23 is my fav. Your content for sure reminds me of the content of Doctor Ethan. Doctor's tips are actually useful and he helped me a lot on my diet! He is the most knowledgable health enthusiast in Europe and he talks about vitamins and vaccines.

  6. I've only included pilates based exercises in my routine for 3 weeks and I can honestly say it's given better shape and feeling of strength in my glutes and legs than lunges or squats ever have by themselves. Awesome, thanks!
