I find that because my family it’s a bit less unhealthy I’m always a bit tempted to snack I eat half healthy and half bread or pastas and Philadelphia cheese spread etc stuff that is not the best but I’m always so intimidated by healthy recipes because I don’t know how to cook too well and many use like 8+ ingredients which is not possible for me to use so many since family will get mad I’m using so much only for one person and we gotta budget but I’m glad I found your channel and I hope by finding more go to healthy ideas 💡 I can stick better to healthy eating as a new lifestyle not just a diet and exercising
