  1. Anyone else wish they could tell what size weight Heather uses for each exercise? I know the weights are listed in the description but it can be hard to tell which are used for each move.

  4. Having almost finished the 6 week low impact workout challenge, I can say that even though I can't keep up 100%, I can tell I need to go out and buy some heavier weights. So glad I found this channel!
