Anyone else wish they could tell what size weight Heather uses for each exercise? I know the weights are listed in the description but it can be hard to tell which are used for each move.

Having almost finished the 6 week low impact workout challenge, I can say that even though I can't keep up 100%, I can tell I need to go out and buy some heavier weights. So glad I found this channel!

How come when I looked up upper body workout it was mostly men's videos, but now I'm looking at lower body workout and it's mostly women's.

this is the best leg workout ive done of yours. 3 straight sets makes the workout go by really quick! Would love more of these strength workouts!
