  2. This is honestly my favourite workout video ever. It's quick but you really feel it. I've been doing it for 2 months now (on and off with other videos) and I am seeing such great results. I just introduced ankle weights to this work out and it's on a whole other level!!! LOVE IT SO MUCHHH

  3. Very disappointed with the captions, so I decided to unscescribe, block, & stop viewing your videos, until you let YouTube remove the captions 😔👎. I bet now you will get a lot of dislikes. It's a shame. I hope other fans follow suite. This will give me more time to focus on other channels without captions & playing games.   4. Great exercises but the timings aren’t accurate. E.g. one set of side crunches is for 20 seconds and the next for the other side is 15 seconds! Would be good to have a 10 second break between each exercise to see the demonstration of the next exercise.

  5. Love your workouts! The timer is awesome. Would also be super helpful if the videos could announce in words the upcoming exercises so we don’t have to keep looking back at the screen once we know how to do the moves, especially for those of us that are using our phones. Much love ❤️
