My class has been begging me to choreograph a dance fitness routine to “Back That Thang Up” by Juvenile ft. Lil Wayne, so I challenged them to learn it in one night!! Check it out to see how they did and follow along at home for a great workout. Make sure to stretch out before hand because you’ll be droppin’ that booty to the floor over and over!!!
