I’m a Tempo Studio girl- literally because of your review on it a couple of years ago. I did CrossFit for 4 1/2 years prior to that. Enjoyed it but needed a change. Tempo was exactly what I needed because I’m not one for a “regular public gym” and I don’t like figuring out my own workouts. On this note… I would love to see you do a month or so of Tempo workouts!
