Hey, Rosalie: I'm new to Total Gym and I watch you and "The Total Gym Challenge," daily and I can not believe you took 14 lay people off the street, subjected them to the Total Gym Challenge workout and those non-athletic folks were able to complete the session with out any problems or pain. Am I just a wimp or was there some special workouts leading up to the video taping?

  3. Thank you for this beginner’s video. I just had major surgery and literally ordered a Total Gym from the hospital bed after seeing a commercial. This makes me excited to get going once I’m able.

  4. Someone recommended your video to start back up with. Ya, my ortho doc said not to go all the way down on the squats as it can then pinch the back of the back of the meniscus and tear it.

  5. Wonderful workout hoping to get this I have a very older model have not used in over 10 years thank you this has really inspired me just need to sell my old model, and the comments are truly inspiring for a lady of my age I am 76

  6. Problem is, this product is touted for losing weight. The only two ways there are to lose weight are continuously increasing weight strength training (raises metabolic rate) and caloric reductions. This device provides some of that. But aerobics are next to worthless for weight loss.

  7. These workouts have been great and also healing and strengthening the sciatica that I've been dealing with for a few years now. In working on my glutes, today I was actually able to go all the way up like you were doing in this video. Up until today I couldn't lift up off the board very high so I've just been working on it each day, a little bit at a time and I couldn't believe how far up I was able to lift them up today. The Total Gym and you training us has been a miracle on my body. I'm getting more strength. Thank you so much!

  8. You are my most favorite workout Trainer. A lot of the others just explain and only do a couple reps to show us but you explain it and workout with us. Thank you sooo much. I workout with you everyday. I just added this video to my daily workout routine.
