  1. I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I'm done with diet. I realised that meal plan from Agoge Diet is the only diet I could follow forever. It's really sustainable and easy to follow.

  2. It’s just confusing because some people say your metabolism will lower and just result in fat storage…. I fast from 9pm to 2pm but I also workout and weight lift for my job from 12pm to 6pm 😅😮‍💨 and eat protein for dinner 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m losing weight but idk it’s it’s fat or muscle please help

  3. Thanks for the heads up! Fasting as a girl was difficult, now I feel better about needing more time. Your videos make me feel like I'm actually benefitting from Gym class, Jeremy's Gym Class.

  4. I'm starting IF… I still can't do specific diet yet or going out of my way to buy specific food. I'm basically eating whatever but I make sure I'm on a calorie deficit. Hope this would be enough for a start. I also do IF with daily light exercise.

  5. Guys. lost crazy amounts of fat doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Okibetonic Secrets (just google it). Thanks to it I have lost crazy amounts of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  6. What if you want to do IF , but you actually want to gain weight. I'm 5"9" and weigh 145-150. I like the benefits of IF but I don't want to loose weight..
    Thank you

  7. Muslims do fast 30 days straight per year (ramadan). 3 days per month. They also fast 2 days per week every week. That makes roughly, 174 days per year.

  8. Intermittent fasting works for me and aids in fat loss but was not suggested by my physician due to my acid reflux and gastrointestinal issues. Always need to eat on time either my stomach physically hurts and I get headaches. What do you suggest?

  9. Never gotten the point of this. Intermittent fasting is simply skipping breakfast, nothing more. And it is a proven fact that people who eat breakfast are thinner than those who skip it.

  10. My dad does this without even knowing it. He is mid 50's and he is ripped, no fat, toned. Goes gym and runs..Rides to work and back (takes 1 hour) after a full day's work plastering walls and ceilings
. He is fit and strong no softness or flab. He doesn't even eat that great…I'm going to try this because unlike my dad I'm unfit, lethargic, soft and lazy. Plus I eat a lot of sugar

  11. I can't believe I found this website. Agoge Diet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

  12. So apparently i have been living like this my entire life without knowing.
In my family we usually don’t eat breakfast and we don’t eat late at night.
people were always surprised by how many things i can eat and the quantity without gaining weight and always envied me for maintaining my weight for my entire life, turned out i was fasting without even knowing. Great info btw and for people wondering this thing really works.

  13. Thanks for this! My life has been transformed by this sort of information. I am turning 65 and for the past 2 years I have combined LOW CARB (Keto) with Intermittent Fasting, lost 82 lbs., came off ALL MEDICATIONS (2 for hypertension, one for high cholesterol and gave up my CPAP for sleep apnea). 14. Intermittent fasting is very effective for diabetes a or people who wants lower the constant insulin peaking & keeping the blood sugar low…. you are not fully understood the true purpose of fasting !!

  15. I am fasting for almost 20 weeks now!
