This is a 30 days alternate day fasting experiment that is meant to challenge if intermittent fasting can give you results (make you lose weight) while eating 3000 calories to 4000 calories of junk food every other day and on fasting days you’ll consume half a gallon to a gallon of water per day.

ABOUT ME
I served in the United States Navy for almost a decade as a ships engineer. My love for fitness started there and I was hooked. Currently I’m employed by one of the biggest hospitals in the Washington DC area as an Echo-Vascular Sonographer with 10 years experience. On my spare time I work as a bodybuilding coach and weight loss coach. I competed at local and national bodybuilding competitions across the United States.
