During an entire month I tried to do this video each day without changing my food habits, and it definitely changed something as I started to get muscles. Then, I've decided to practice 20mn cardio twice a week, 20mn lower body twice a week, and 6mn abs twice a week, which led me a rest day each week. Also, I changed my alimentation (around 1700kcal each day) with the application Samsung Health. In two weeks, I've lost 2kg but also gain muscles, my appearance is not the same at all. Also I've only make lilly sabri's workouts because they are so good, I've tested a lot of them on yt and she remains my favorite coach!

    Ok my natural waist is now 25 (I have bigger hips) and the littlest part of my waist is 22.5!!! Also my abs are like way more defined I have those 11 line abs now. I did do a small caloric defecit but nothing too crazy- so that helped a lot!
