GUYS IM 15 YRS OLD 5’2 and 113 lbs AND I HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED HUMP ON MY STOMACH,, I ONLY HAVE A FAT STOMACH,, NOWHERE ELSE IS RLLY TOO FAT,, IF I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER,, WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH? I ALSO WOULD SWIM 4 DAYS A WEEK IN ADDITION TO DOING THIS CHALLENGE. SCHOOL IS STARTING VERY SOON FOR ME AND IM ALSO WORRIED I WONT HAVE TIME TO DO THE DAY’s WORKOUT BC ILL BE BUSY WITH SCHOOL..   5. First of all, THANK YOU FOR THIS WORKOUT!💛 I’ve been doing the workout for about a month now and my tummy is definetely more toned and see some change on my waist, too. A little disclaimer: i am kinda skinny and already started off with a KINDA toned tummy in the beginning (just wanted to reassure yall, that it doesn’t work the same way on every body type but as long as you are motivated, it shouldn’t matter). I am still doing the workout at least once a day, I only cut off frizzy drinks and I only drink water and I am not on any diet. I advice you guys to take some breaks (don’t work out every day if you don’t feel like it) and DO NOT be hard on yourselves (eat whatever you want!!), otherwise you won’t enjoy your jouney! ❤️ I purposely didn’t do a daily update because I am lazy af and honestly I couldn’t really tell if there were/are significant changes daily.
