  2. Hey Heather, just wanna drop by to say thank you to you. I love your video and definitely is the workout to choose before bed because there is only music and the counting down beeps so its perfect time to spend time with yourself. And you pace your 15sec breaks to demo the next move is just perfect timing! I am always so exhausted by the end of it and after shower I feel mushy and all ready to sleep:) (and yes…definitely sleep much better since I had been doing your exercise around 10pm and then for a quick cold shower). You are the best! (and cute cats too….my cats comes around when I exercise as well)

    Please do more of intense cardio workouts with repeats.

  5. It was horrible!!!!!! I havenโ€™t done cardio in a min with trying to dive into Calisthenics and all!!! I did a few modifications to push me through to the end of the workout!

I know this is obviously different for everyone, but do you think you could include an approximation or a range of calories burned in each video? Maybe your calorie burn for instance?
