Hey Heather, just wanna drop by to say thank you to you. I love your video and definitely is the workout to choose before bed because there is only music and the counting down beeps so its perfect time to spend time with yourself. And you pace your 15sec breaks to demo the next move is just perfect timing! I am always so exhausted by the end of it and after shower I feel mushy and all ready to sleep:) (and yes…definitely sleep much better since I had been doing your exercise around 10pm and then for a quick cold shower). You are the best! (and cute cats too….my cats comes around when I exercise as well)
I have tried a lot of workouts…and your is by far the most amazing…and I have seen results… Please do more of intense cardio workouts with repeats. And also for those of us that has no Spotify…please give us your list of playlist…amazing

It was horrible!!!!!! I havenโt done cardio in a min with trying to dive into Calisthenics and all!!! I did a few modifications to push me through to the end of the workout!

this is a late comment, but one of the fastest-feeling workouts! I didn't even realize it was the end when it ended.
