  4. so for everyone trying this here is some tips/reminders <3
    dont underestimate how much difference these make

    make sure to drink lots of water, it boosts your metabolism, a lot
    try to layer her workout videos, i have a 60 minute long playlist to practise each time, you dont just wanna do one.
    balance your fat, protein and carb intake. dont restrict yourself, just eat good food, when you actually need to. healthy doesnt have to taste bad, find the things you like.
    make sure to ENGAGE your muscles. for your core its like pulling in your stomach. its really important to learn how to engage your muscle groups. trust me, you will feel a difference.
    it'll make a difference within whatever amount of time it claims but the longer you do it the more progress you will see.

    motivation:

    my best advice is the LOW BAR HIGH BAR technique
    if you set yourself to work out for an hour every single day, you might do it for a day or two but soon, you will hit a roadblock where just thinking about how long you have to work out for will tire you out, so you wont do it. instead set a low bar and a high bar- the minimum and the goal/maximum.

    e.g.
    low bar for me: my whole one hour playlist, once a week.
    high bar for me: 3 times a week (until i up this ofc)

    but this is just what works for me, you may find it best to set your low bar to just this one video every other day or 3 days a week, and your high bar to this video every single day, or several.

  5. I just wanna say that I did this yesterday and my booty’s sore. Will definitely do this for 7 days and await the results😼
    Day 2 and my butt is burning a lot more than yesterday. I feel like I took less breaks. Excited for day 3!
    Day 3: Feels pretty good!! I love the burn
    Day 4: I had no motivation to do anything but I still did this bc I want to learn to be consistent. I feel like my booty looks a little more perky! Idk I might be hallucinating
    Day 5: Done! It seems to go by faster now. Since I'm only doing this video once a day, I'll try to do it twice tmr. (For some reason updating this keeps me motivated even though i know no one will see this)

  6. i'm gonna try this because i want to look my best in the summer (i'm also doing a booty workout and a slimmer inner thighs workout)

    starting point:

    waist: 59cm/23in

    booty: 83cm/32 and a 1/2 in

    thighs: 50cm/19 and a 1/2 in

    day 1: done, i didn't have the stretchy thing, but my booty is really hurting and i'm shaking
    day 2: done, i got the stretch thing and my butt, abs, inner thighs really hurt
    took 3 days off for my mental health

    so i decided to do this workout by the way, i'm from germany and i can't speak good english, so i apologize for it first i will do this workout every day and try to update you guys
    And I also do other wirkouts btw
    Day 1: it burnt a little bit but it was okay and I took breakes
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: rest day
    Day 4: didi it without breakes

    Completed the challenge and I can say it WORKED at least for me. I see the difference from the side and my booty was never so uplifted. Also feel my legs more toned ☺
    I didn't use a resistance band for those who may ask.
