  2. I have been going to the gym for months now but recently got sick I remember hitting this workout at the start of my weight loss journey and holy shit Iโ€™m so proud of myself! It burned but not nearly as bad as it did when I first started! Your video is a blessing when I cant go to the gym

  5. Im going to try to do this workout every day for 30 days and will keep u updated guys.
    Start 97.5 Kg and 1.73m (215 lbs and 5โ€˜8)

    *Day 1: couldnโ€™t finish the workout, got stuck at 16:46, I will try to finish it tomorrow
    *Day 2: finished the whole workout today but didnโ€™t do all the exercises 100 percent correctly

  7. day 1: โœ… im sweating like crazy but im happy bc i tried so many workouts and i didnt sweat or feel any burn in those!
    day 2: โœ… im extremely sore from yesterday but im trying to ignore the pain
