  1. I disliked how much they talked over the woman. You knew she wasn't going to get more than 15 seconds of talk time without the men jumping in

  3. women don't EVER get as big as DLB and pro women crossfitters even if your exercise and diet is on point unless you eat a bunch of creatine of course

  4. Makes no sense. Except that its a compound movement involving cardio and some resistance training. A lot better is to follow disciplined routine that involves running, dead lift, squat and bench-press, with ab and lower back exercises. Some old things work very nicely
