We have another Fitness Friday episode here at Lifestyle and Sneakers. This day we’re doing Core + Resistance Circuit for the first work out and an Anaerobic Cardio and Interval Training for the second work out . For the Core and Resistance Circuit were doing Knee Tucks, Dive Bomber Push ups and Squat Jumps. For the Anaerobic Cardio were doing Sprint Series. The last set again we are doing a Cardio work out with 15 minutes run and 5 minute walk. We hope you enjoy the work out!
