  1. I just did it this without resistance band and goddddddd im still tired its been 22 hours and my hips still hurt😂🔥🔥🔥GIRLLLLLSSSS THIS IS A SIGN FOR U TO START DOING IT!!!!!!!!

    day: 1 ✅ harddd but im motivated
    day 2: did 100 glute bridges with weights
    day 3: ✅so soreee
    day 4: rest day
    day 5: ✅

  3. day 1: heart rate went up a lot and actually made my glutes sore and legs
    day 2: update my legs hurt rlly bad and it’s hard to move but I still got through the workout.
    day 3: hurts to bend lol..might take a break for today
    day 4: I only did some exercises bc my legs hurt but I think I see a change

  4. I do this workout, but I substitute sumo squats for the regular squats, I add weights and a resistance band, and I add Romanian deadlifts. I also do two sets of this workout and let me tell you, best workout ever.

  5. Did this twice with a days rest in between. Definitely feel it in my glutes but also my arms and core! Great circuit, thanks for sharing. Please come out with more short bootie workouts like these 😀 They are great. I am fasting now given that it is the month of Ramadan and I do this just before iftar, great way to stay active 🙂

  6. Working out every day creates the Hypertrophy effect.
    Scientifically, muscles grow when you do lots of sets with lots of Slow repetitions (time under tension makes Hypertrophy happen).

  7. All right just started this work out on Saturday but instead I just did 100 of each workout and right now it’s Monday and I can’t walk right I can’t even sit on the toilet so I will do this two times a week I’ll probably do this again on Wednesday but I am so sore
    Measurement for my butt was 38 inches and would love to be over 40 I am 5’1 149 pounds so we shall see in 2 weeks

  8. ok guys so i ve been doing this workout for abt 2 months last year and i remember looking so good after a while. my mistake was that i stopped and i m really out of shape rn. i m going to do this workout till it will no longer make me feel so tired then I will move to a more complex one. I want to stay motivated so I will keep updating you. here we go:

    day one:it was hardd. my legs were shaking so much and I almost passed out I m not even kidding. I m really proud of myself tho.

    day two:hey, so i can t even walk so i am going to rest today. i don t remember this hurting so much, but that s a good thing i guess. maybe i m gonna do an ab workout cause summer is comming and i need to get in shape. i think i m gonna do this every other day to give my muscles time to relax. thank you for following my journey.

  9. But guys ,you must be patient because these exercises are 🥵🥵🥵they are very hard thus on day 2, you will feel alot of pain the whole body but as days goes on pain will be decreasing ☺️
