  5. There's so many times i've avoided the gym or specific exercises because I was unsure of how to use the machine and didn't want to look stupid… this video was so helpful & i'm excited to go in for my workout today! Thank you😁

  6. Awesome video! I’m trying to tackle the smith machine tomorrow. Is there a difference between using the smith machine vs squat rack? I’m assuming it’s more helpful as you start to lift weight that would be hard to physically carry (ie barbell)

  7. Hey do you have any tips for grunters like me who love to yell & scream “YEAH BUDDY” & “LIGHTWEIGHT BABY”?????

  8. Thank you! I just went to the gym today for the first time in years and looked so stupid trying to use some of the machines, especially the smith machine. I feel so stupid, but now much better now that I will know shah I'm doing! Thank you!!! ❤️

  9. Thank you so much for this video! I always get anxious whenever I try to set up a machine especially the squat rack because I feel like I’m doing something wrong but these tips really helped. Is it fine to use the squat rack even if there’s less than a plate to each side for squats? Thanks
