  4. how often do u eat this .. once a day, or more and for how long .. also, does the honey help it not to come out of your poors, or breath? there's so many things that I cannot cook with anymore because it comes out of my husbands breath and poors and I can't even stand the smell .. It doesn't matter that he showers daily and brushes his teeth often but I know that we're not getting the great benefits from these spices and foods that we need.
