  1. I’m 9w pregnant and super emotional. I’ve been following you for years and a booty by Bret member for a month. I’m definitely tearing up watching this (although I’ve seen it before) just encouraging me to keep up all the hard work I’ve been putting in the last few years even as I go through this pregnancy. This is so special. I can see it possible it will be! Thank you for everything. 💙💗

  2. Hi Bret
I have just found out I am pregnant with my third child so I must be about 4 weeks. Just two weeks ago I started glute and leg training using my kids as weights. I just want to know can I continue this in the first trimester and can I also take a protein shake straight after my workout in pregnancy.
I've lost alot of muscle from breastfeeding my son who i am still currently breastfeeding and so I was trying to regain it all back however just finding out I'm pregnant im not sure if I can take protein in my oats and as a shake.

Please can you reply and let me know.
    All the best.

  3. Hi Bret, thank you for focusing on my favorite part of the body! I have a question, which is the easiest most effective way to start training on my gluts. I am 54 and a diabetic, I have gone through some major body changes due to my condition and the pandemic. I want to build up my muscle again, especially the thighs and glut area. I haven't been working out, so I don't want to jump into a massively hard and challenging routine, I think it might be best to start slow and build up. I am not overweight, so I can handle weighs and cardo, just at a slower speed to start, any suggestions would greatly help. Love your channel, keep up all the great content.

  4. I have been scouring the internet and YouTube but could not find any glute training workouts like this during pregnancy. I've asked me OB, Dr, Nurses, Midwives and other pregnant ladies in my circle and none had the knowledge or advice to give. I'm truly grateful for you to take the time out to spread the word that as pregnant women, we can continue to workout safely and efficiently. Thank you, Thank you 😊

  5. Nice exercises, but be careful with wide leg stance as it can irritate the pregnant pelvic girdle, especially in the 3rd trimester, and with four point exercises watch out for tenting and doming of the abdominal area which can damage the lines Alba giving you a saggy belly and weak abs after pregnancy. Alternatively lean on a chair or physioball to take the pressure off. a womens physio’s 2 cents 🙂

  6. I wish there were tips for first trimester. Just continue at previous level or have to modify? At 11 weeks my belly isnt big and I am still strong enough to lift weights from pre pregnancy. Not sure where to keep the barbell. Is lower abdomen pelvis still fine until 2nd trimester?

  7. Thank you for showing us, weighted hip thrusts can be done during pregnancy too! To me it was life-saving information 😀 A little change in the exercise can make a huge difference. Please do more videos for us, pregnant fitness enthusiasts 🙂

  8. Would really love more pregnancy videos. I was doing the booty by bret until i got pregnant and knew i couldn't keep up the intensity or specific exercises. I still got 6 months and would to see more videos on this topic!
