  1. If there is any injury or tightness in glutes muscle. How many times a week should i workout my glutes and how much time take to recover muscle.
Before doing glutes exercise can i do leg straight leg raise exercise

  2. most underrrated video.

to answer your queestion, I felt it in my back which the video did not talk about :(.. I have APT . Been working for a while to fix it. Let me use these technique and see.

  3. Thank you! I was hoping you would address the pinching nerve feeling I get at the top of my thigh when I put much weight on the barbell at all in a hip thrust. I've tried patddng under the bar and that doesn't seem to really do the trick. Am I positioning the bar wrong? I can really push a lot of weight, but that pain / tingling right there keeps me from being able to lift as much as I'm capable of.

  4. Can you make a video about uneven foot placement? When I squat I notice my feet is uneven. One of them is slightly behind the other and slightly more rotated outwards. Is this a muscle imbalance or something I can correct? Or is it something I’ll just have to deal with. Thanks a bunch!

  5. I guess that's explains why the woman at my local gym that I saw yesterday used a resistance band between her legs at the position of the knee caps. She did this on a 45 degree Leg Press machine. I suppose it was to have a better contraction of her gluts during the exercise.
I really like this YouTube channel. I'm wondering if you would be willing to share your leg (day) routine. I'm always looking on things to improve on. My current leg routine is mostly based on Jeremy Ethier's science-based lower body workout. Speaking of that…
I added Hip Thrusts to my routine as of recently. I'm still struggling with my ego performing them at a Leg Curl machine. I know it's just in my head, but the looks I get (especially guys) make me think I'm getting judged. It's weird having eye contact with someone doing this.

  6. My right Glute isnt firing, my hamstrings have been tight and sore for a few days after doing stars. I need to start stretching my hamstrings again and begin these exercises once the soreness has dissipated.

  7. Whats up with the gangsta rap intro? Plz drop that from your videos. I have to mute it until I get past the intro. Grew up in Queens NYC, I don't need the ghetto reminder, I lived in one.

  8. Hi Doc this is some great content as always.
I have some questions for you if you don't mind :
    – Is the glute bridge (hip thrust on the bench) the best glute exercise ?
    – Is it supposed to involve the lower back ? Can you talk about exercise to strenghten the lower back for squats and deadlifts ?
    Thanks a lot
