I always avoided these at the gym, because i feel like i will look so dumb doing these. I go to my small university gym and i have never seen someone else do hip thrusts or kable kickbacks as i do. But you gave me the confidence to try these pull throughs even though i might look silly 🙂

The gym i got to doesnt have the rope attachment, could i get the same effect and range of motion but just holding the cable?
